Garret came out on a Sunday to fix our garage door that wouldn't open with a garage that was built... without a service door. This was urgent to be able to get the car out and get to work on Monday morning. The company that made the door and opener wouldn't even take a service call to a residential address but Elite Garage Door took our call on a Saturday night and was there on Sunday morning to take care of us. I can wholeheartedly recommend Elite Garage Door. And if I am putting a new door in anytime they will be my first call.read more

I have used Elite garage door repair twice now, both experiences deserve 5 stars. First time a... spring broke and while they were there they noticed some deterioration in other parts of the garage door that needed repair as well. They were honest and explained all options as well as costs up front. Second time the motor broke and they came on a Sunday to fix it. Again, all options for repair were thoroughly explained as well as the cost differential on all options. Carson was one of the repair people on both calls and was especially approachable, patient, and detailed with all his explanations. I would recommend them to anyone.read more

Wow, I was so impressed by their overall response right from the first phone call to the repair.... This is my first winter in America and navigating local systems is a challenge at the moment. When I reached out to the company that originally installed the door ages ago, they said that their technicians will be available after six days. I then contacted Elite Garage Door and had my broken door fixed within the next two hours. This company is truly amazing. Carson was the technician who is so knowledgeable, patient with questions, and highly skilled to do the job at hand neatly. He is so polite and responsive. I found him to be an excellent professional who put my needs of safety and comfort first. We had a wonderful experience working with Elite Garage Door. We desperately needed a whole new... garage door after putting it off for so long, it finally stopped working. These guys came out within 24 hours of calling. Our salesperson, Carson, was so incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and never pushy. They priced in a little bit lower than another quote we got, which is a bonus! The installation was great, Kevin is awesome! We decided to upgrade our motor at the same time, and paid a little extra for him to install that as well - so worth it. The sales manager, Shawn, was also involved in the process and was great with communication, ensuring we were satisfied after installation, and stressed the warranty just in case anything went wrong in the near future. Though it's only been 2 days since the installation of our new garage door, so far all is good!... They did a fantastic job on the install! Plus, they brought an alternative color strip so I have the option to choose one color against the other -- which was great! Sean, service manager, came out when we requested to have a new garage door opener installed. Him... and his coworker were very professional and informative. Sean explained to us that we would need more then just the opener itself for our system to work properly. He did not try to upset us on anything. He took the time, in the cold Minnesota weather, to explain the pros and cons of every part of the system. He also explained the warranties, price options, etc. There was absolutely no pressure on us to go with anything in particular. We ended up going with a whole new garage door, rails, opener, wheels, etc. Going this route saved us money in the long run. We only had to wait a few days for Isaac and his Co worker to come out and install everything. They were very professional, cleaned up everything when done, explained everything on how to maintain the new door and all parts that were installed. Everything was programmed before they left. I would very highly recommend this great company for all of your garage door needs. We will use them again if we need to. Thank you Elite Garage Door for your excellent service.read more
